Volusia County School Board Continuing Contract

City of DeLand SR 44 CEI

CPH was awarded the SR 44 Construction Engineering and Inspection project by the City of DeLand. The FDOT LAP project will include the following services: Construction observation, certification that the contract's work is in conformance with approved plans, specifications and shop drawings, review of the material testing reports, review of quantities and contractor pay requests, assistance to the City in conducting EEO compliance reviews in the field, and construction consultation to resolve conflicts and respond to contractor requests for information.

City of DeLand SR 44 Drainage Improvements

CPH was awarded the SR 44 Drainage Improvement project by the City of DeLand. The JPA project with FDOT includes the following services: Implementation of previous studies and reports, design of improvements, preparation of project plans and specifications, obtaining FDOT approval, regulatory agency permitting, bidding assistance and construction consultation to resolve conflicts and respond to contract requests for information.

Bay County Planning Continuing Contract

CPH recently won another Continuing Contract with Bay County! This one is for Planning services with the County. CPH has an excellent team that includes IBI Group and Greenberg Traurig. We look forward to developing this relationship with the County.

Tampa Office News

We are excited to announce that the Branch Manager of our Tampa office, Devin F. Barrs, P.E., was elected to the Downtown YMCA Executive Board. She is very excited to be part of the YMCA board and to be involved in her community.
